Electricity Tariff

I have a double electricity tariff. During the evening/night and in the weekend, electricity is cheaper than during the day.
It's called Day and Night tariff or better Normal and Low.
The electronic meter also reports this information and it can also be returned by slimmemeter.
The yaml configuration file must be adapted for this:
