Thanks to @rjainrjain and @keenancrane, who reported some issues with
rogerand the initial build process, this PR updates our dependency requirements on Node and Python (due tonode-canvasrequiring Python 3.10 and Node 18 and below) in CONTRIBUTING.md. The docs also favornpm linkto installroger, and explain how to render the registry viayarn registry.
