New reviews apparently unearth old unhelpful ones

When I first filed my rating on http://cpanratings.perl.org/dist/JSON-MaybeXS , it told me there were no existing ratings.

But now I've filed one, another, unhelpful review has appeared underneath it, like it got sucked out of a time machine.

I'm open to the possibility I imagined it, but it might be worth trying to reproduce somewhere and get us to the bottom of why unhelpful reviews keep returning with a vengeance.

There is no bug here. The so-called "unhelpful" review has two out of four votes so normally that would be visible. I'm not sure of the exact ratio, but 2/4 ones don't usually disappear.
