Fix CI by fixing indexmap minor version #493

indexmap 1.8 requires a higher rust version

You are totally right. I guess we should just bump the MSRV since that's the plan and it'd take the same amount of work. |
As a concrete pain point, the current decision prevents the playground from upgrading petgraph / indexmap (and by laziness all the other dependencies). |
Ok, I'll loose the dependency version and pin it in CI. |
