Now you can use placeholders like {TOTP} within custom fields.

Never mind my previous comment, it seems that what made it finally work i.e. substitute {TOTP} with the actual code was clearing the plugin cache. Perhaps since there was no version number bump, Keepass hadn't bother properly recompiling the whole KeepassHttp plugin when I replaced the .plgx?
