Multicast Tester, use it to test whether simple multicast messages between
nodes are being send/receieved. Note, this is pretty simple. Support Tools
has a much more sophisticated multicast tool which runs in the browser.

Usage: MulticastTester <groupip> <interfaceip> <port> <ttl> <message> <sleep>
e.g.: MulticastTester 231.0.0.0 192.168.0.5 5544 4 "Hello whirled" 5000
