Possible to create a new output file that will contain only the following column information:

Sample Name , Subtype, Pass

Both Sample Name and Subtype should be self-explanatory but pass will either have the following values:

  • Pass
  • Error-mixed subtypes
  • Error insufficient number of SNV targets found
