A minor fix for #148

I tested on the conda install, and made some minor white space changes (can revert if needed). Let me know if there are questions.

I got the same error - What should I do to fix this?
I am using the conda install - version 3.1.5
How can I incorporate these changes into the condo install? I have not done something like this before.

I figured out the location of the scripts and changed them - it works now - thanks for the fix :)
