Set custom type columns in the migrations

Hello, ¿how to define custom type columns? for example Column :: TYPE_POINT Column :: TYPE_POLYGON Column :: TYPE_GEOMETRY, Column :: TYPE_GEOMETRY_COLLECTION, etc.
