Change log since the last 1.2 beta

Settings dialog:

• More cities available to select for the World Tiimes
• Changed the control used to display the Screen icons due to limitations with the previous one.
• Improved cities searching and selecting

World Time screen:

• Now supports the display of 24hr time
• Improved the formatting of the next/prev day and AM/PM indicators
• Fixed the centering of the board
• Better error handling. eg in case Time Zone IDs are ever changed. (rarely happens)

Editing and saving of Locations for WorldTimes screen(s).
Rewrote INI file class. No longer uses Win32 API. (Hopefully helps with false positives in MS Defender)
