Semantic CharaParser v0.1.0 - Goldstandard

This release is the Semantic CharaParser codebase used for the following manuscript:

Dahdul et al (2018) Annotation of phenotypes using ontologies: a Gold Standard for the training and evaluation of natural language processing systems. BioRxiv https://doi.org/10.1101/322156. Submitted to Database.

Copies of a variety of platform-specific JAR dependencies were removed, and scripts and documentation for how to build and run the app on Unix and MacOSX were added, in addition to various other cleanup steps.
