Tetris. Very buggy Tetris, mainly due to its lack of proper wall kicks.
One afternoon, I thought I'd write an AI to play Tetris.
I assumed I could knock Tetris up in a few minutes, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Rabbit holes and such.
So here's the Tetris (nearly), but I still haven't got around to the AI.
