changes in function to support saving and reimporting legacy files.
add warning and don't import when standard weight is chosen. Also add a nosetest for import export using legacy wrapper.
phoebe2 now imports standard weight from legacy file and converts to sigma.
and allow astropy to raise the error if not compatible
as it is much more stable since recent updates to the travis infrastructure
instead of using the phoebe_legacy branch as master doesn't have the necessary try-excepts
nosetest update to allow for testing weight support.
If legacy file has no datasets, it now takes bolometric values for limb darkening
and also all travis updates
