Img Placeholder Service

An API built with Play framework 2.1.x.
Based on jcraane / textimagegenerator and phosphore's adaptation Just type an URL like this:

http://localhost:9000/gen/400x500/ 

without a color, obtaining a white background, or

http://localhost:9000/gen/400x500/F0F0F0 

giving the hex of it.
