As a user I want to configure job automation from within the GUI, so that I don't need to edit the yml file.

Currently job automation such as regular indexing needs to be set up within the docker-compose.yml (https://dl.photoprism.app/docker/scheduler/)

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The user must be able schedule commands such as index or import from within the GUI

Note that this is "bleeding edge" functionality and that the newly added
config option PHOTOPRISM_BACKUP_RETAIN can be set, but does not have any
effect yet. Feedback welcome!
