This relates to a [poll](https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/php-fig/89he2UxZopk) on the mailing list, where errata is going to be a thing.

We should probably clarify here that Errata must be voted on, and apply only to the metadoc as changes to the spec doc are not allowed after it is approved.
