If we change this, I'd prefer to do the change fully. If we can't do it fully due to conflicts, there's not much point changing these two in particular. |

Eventually we should jettison the other cast tokens entirely, but that's not possible for now.
This would be a minor BC break w.r.t.
token_get_all. This needs a NEWS and UPGRADING entry.
