It was fixed, but I used 2 PR as the code needs to be different because of html5 in prosilver 3.1 https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb3/pull/463/files#diff-1

Also changed the layout of prosilvers PM print-view, so it looks like the post
print-view and not like the subsilver2 print-view.
