Colour the output in a consistent manner.

output("some text", Colour::GREEN); // single green message, resets afterwards
setOutputColour(Colour::RED); // set default colour to reset to
resetOutputColour(); // reset to default colour

Must not use the word Colour because of the American/British spelling.
