Russian translation

Hello everyone, I want to translate "PHP Internals" into Russian. Is this possible?

I support the official PHP documentation in Russian (my login is lex@php.net), and now I want to start translating this book. But I wanted it to be available in the domain http://www.phpinternalsbook.com/ (eg http://ru.phpinternalsbook.com/) so the translation repository should probably be in the organization of the book, for example https://github.com/phpinternalsbook/PHP-Internals-Book-RU?

Anyway, I have an interest and a desire to translate the book, I hope you create all conditions for this.
