@OlafvdSpek I was unable to reproduce the issue, kindly elaborate testing instruction.
I am getting no error.

Is there a log with more info that would allow you to repro or find out what went wrong?

@OlafvdSpek Can you please try on demo servers (root, no password) ?

And write down the steps to reproduce ?

@OlafvdSpek same here couldn't reproduce this issue...but try inspecting and repairing tables of that database or recreate a database with a different name, manually recreate the same tables and import only the data to the new database tables.

Sometimes databases and tables in mysql get corrupted, I've had similar issues with databases and tables. Hope this helps?

I think it's related to #15004

I too am using arg_separator.input = ";&"
Is pMA not urlencoding ;?

It's the arg_separator.input = ";&" setting that wreaks havoc.
