Timepicker (jQuery-UI)

Within phpmyadmin, there is use of https://github.com/trentrichardson/jQuery-Timepicker-Addon ; however, there does not seem to be a replacement library found to do so. It would be nice to remove as it is unmaintained and relies on jQuery and jQuery-UI.

This is more a discussion than a feature request as I am looking for the same thing for use on our projects.

I have submitted an issue on Eonasdan/tempus-dominus#2588 as we are also looking for millisecond (or smaller) support (as well as day of year for our use cases). I have also come across y'all's other issues Eonasdan/tempus-dominus#2385 and flatpickr/flatpickr#2520 and flatpickr/flatpickr#1361 and have not found a suitable replacement.

I figure this Issue can be used to track the progress on a timepicker - whether there is a replacement, whether more dev work is needed to adapt a current project to fill the requirements, etc.

edit: potentially there could be two pickers, one that is a datepicker and one that is a timepicker?

Hi @umer936. Thank you for opening this pull request.
We started discussing this some time ago, and it's something we want to do.
It will be great if the new date/time picker also works well with Bootstrap.
