Option to remove functions and procedures from navigation tree

i would like to remove functions and procedures from navigation tree
i don't use it and i think it slows down the page
and i need to click once more to select table

We will probably add a configuration if we are to implement this. This is more of a feature request. Can one of our admins move this to the feature tracker?
