So, apparently I must specify a time. But a time for what? And where can I specify this time? I've had a look through the settings (which worked fine before the update), but there's nothing obvious. Or perhaps it refers to a time for a troublesome calendar entry?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Another sync has been scheduled to automatically run in 5 minutes time.

No log files provided. Should have been raised as a CodePlex issue, not discussion.
