Schedule every: 1h not possible

OGCS Version: Tried v2.10.1.0 and v2.10.0.0
Edition: Portable
Sync Direction: G->O

Bug Description
Unable to set lower time than 2h or 120min for Schedule. I would like to set it to every hour.
It jumps to 0 or 2 (0 or 120) when trying to input value between.

Value: Schedule every
Value is found under SyncSettings>SyncOptions>When

Found out that that's by design and writen in the user guide.
Maybe add a tooltip to clarify.
