Write a tutorial for Phyx.js

This would be helpful to have, both to introduce users to the organization of the library and to show them how to work with Phyx files. It should be a Markdown file that covers how to read a Phyx file, check it for validity, examine phyloreferences, phylogenies and specifiers, and describe how to convert the file into RDF.
