We should add a simple phpDoc overview page to http://picocms.org/phpDoc/ listing the existing phpDoc folders. My first implementation idea: Add a (mostly empty) phpDoc.md and create a _build/publish-phpdoc.sh that adds new folders to a simple Markdown list. Hopefully Jekyll doesn't blow up because of the existing phpDoc folder and simply creates a phpDoc/index.html...
