PICO require PHP 5.3.6 and not 5.3+ as mentioned into docs

Hello!,

Pico specifications requires PHP 5.3.6 or above to run.
You should complete this information into documentation.
indication of PHP 5.3+ is not enough
For example my server is equipped with PHP 5.3.3 resulting i can not implement PICO V1.0.3, the version available at the present date.
