I think some of these URI's changed in the latest release of the various podcast backends.
This PR just adds the new schemes so that options in the search dropdown will match the labels on the Browse pane, and adds icon coverage for the additional schemes as well.
The TODO describes how we can reduce the reliance on this static mapping. It should eventually be deprecated by something like ``mopidy.getSearchScemes()` along the lines of mopidy/mopidy#1507.
