Enhancement

We run thousands of builds and tests in a day. But I find that we do not have any local cache and remote cache to speed up ci. so I import the bazel into TiDB to solve this problem. It has 100x performance improvement and have better function

  • Fine-grained timeout management
  • Remote cache
  • dependency mirror
  • One tool, multiple languages
  • Remote execution
  • Test failure auto-retry
