executor: add JSON opaque value condition to everywhere

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #37387

Problem Summary:

Cast the json opaque value to other types will cause ERROR 1105 (HY000): Unknown type code in JSON

What is changed and how it works?

Add the JSON opaque value to the places where we haven't exhausted all TypeCode.

The tikv implementation of json opaque doesn't have this issue, as it cannot be compiled if I didn't exhaust every condition.

Good! I added a test for complicated cast(json_extract(json_objectagg())) and a simpler cast(cast(b'0101' as json) as signed).
