@EduhCosta created some great documentation for our codemod development process. However, it occurred to me that the best place for that information to live is in the repo itself, so I adapted it to this README file.
As I was writing this doc, it also occurred to me that we should scaffold much of this boilerplate, so I created a Jira ticket for myself to write that script later this year. I'll update this README once that script is in place.
Feedback on content/presentation very much sought and appreciated! Where does this not make sense, where am I glossing over important details, what am I forgetting?
