Backend Setup

npx express-generator api
cd api
npm install
npm start

Database Setup

• created docker-compose.yml
• in ports I changed the port of 5432 to 5672
• after running docker, ran the Postico to check the database

docker-compose down && docker-compose up
docker-compose exec db bash
psql -U postgres(username) -d project(projectname)
psql -U postgres -a -f CLUSTER_1000M.sql

• you need to go inside the database
• automate the process of seeding and running psql commands
• create route to connect to the database and retrieve data that can be done using pg library
