Enhancement request:
Would it be possible to save the position and dimensions of the client when closing it or on window update?

This would be very helpful. I always move Pithos to the same location, and it would be nice if I did not have to do that.

I'm pretty sure it's up to your window manager to remember that stuff. In KDE I can set that and a bunch of other stuff.

Yes, the window manager CAN remember positioning. However applications can also suggest where they should be placed as well. It's much easier for the general user to click a box "Remember size and position" in the app's config menu than track down the WM's location to set it, IMO.
