Admin tool for self hostet projekt

Hi can you add a administration tool,
that we can adminsitrate, creat, delet etc... users from whithin a admin account.
This will be great.

@theodormachnich Just a head's up, we more than likely won't be doing this for the open source package. While we have our own hosted solution of Unmark at http://unmark.it we have made this available as a single user experience. But you can feel free to build it and release it to the community. We'd love to see it!

I can see there's an admin flag in the database users table. Does this mean the hosted solution has this admin concept, but the open source version doesn't use this at all? Doesn't make any different for my usage, just wanted to double check.
