For example, a +10 magma ring has a states proc chance of 18%. But in reality, if it's the only spell equipped it has
18/(100+18)=15.2 chance
If the player is also using a spell sword with 46% chance, the magma ring now has
18/(100+18+46)=10.9 chance
So i think that this system is showing false information and it should be changes to show the actual real values somehow.
