Scala Form/JSON API harmonisation

Scala Form API should be as simple and feel the same as JSON API, and validation should be shared between them

Zenexity have been commissioned to perform this work.

This is cool decision and I'm very happy to see that all the work we have
done on Json validation was a pretty right way ;)
