closer to the one in dash, but there are a few extra features in here: - works with inputs (`el.text` for an input is `’’`, you have to check `get_attribute(‘value’)` - prints out some nicer assertion strings

In the previous version, we: 1. wrapped the output component with an overlay. This could cause flow issues by introducing new markup on the page (e.g. wrapping a div with a button). 2. Disabled the input components This commit simplifies the logic and just displays the previous state of the component, removes the overlay, and removes the disabled elements. Now, the markup on the page won’t change when a front-end error happens which makes it more similar to how the app changes when backend errors occur.

default tags (like h1) may have their own 3rd party css
so just use divs instead similarly replace all rems with pixels as we don’t know what the root baseline will be in 3rd party apps.

Refactor Reloader component to work as a continuously mounted component
Some change to `dash-renderer` within the last 2 months (I can’t actually find which one) caused the `<Reloader/>` to stay mounted rather than re-mount on “soft reload”. The previous logic would only continue the reload checks on mount. This commit enables the component to continue its reloading checks if the component stays mounted. It also simplifies the logic a bit: - I had a hard time keeping track of when `hash` was getting updated in `state`. So, I simplified the logic to just compare the current request against the previous request. The entire request is held in state rather than unpacking `packages` & `hash` - Requests are not triggered if a reload request is already in progress. On my machine, reloading the python code can take like 10 seconds which was causing several requests to pile up and then all subsequently update at once.
