disable number of days in "All in one row" mode #283

When changing the Event entry layout from "Time below title" to "All in one row" a number appears in front of each line. It would be great if there would be a setting to disable it.
When enabling Day headers the number disappears. But I don't want those.

In v.2.2 Added the option: "Show number of days to event" (in the "All in one row" event layout)
