[javascript] Update Rhino library

This uses the currently latest version 1.7.13.

Describe the PR

• This only updates the dependency.
• There are other points, that are not resolved with this PR
  • we use a separate grammar for CPD. the Tokenizer from Rhino doesn't seem to be available, so an easy switch is not possible.
  • The new rhino version still doesn't support import statements ([javascript] UnnecessaryBlock - false positives with destructuring assignments #2305)

Could we schedule this for a pmd 6 version? It's a breaking change only indirectly, so I think only few clients would be broken (if any). And it would help with eg #2081
