Cause of the bug has been found, but not fixed
Issue description
Player->onGround
will report incorrect results on first player join, and also if blocks are broken beneath them while they are experiencing network lag. Aside from having unusual side effects on the as-now removed fly anti cheat, it also feeds false information to plugins.OS and versions
