Update the Comparison with SPO PS (SharePoint Online Management Shell)

The aim of this issue is to recheck the comparison between CLI for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online Management Shell and update the comparison page.
We regularly do and update the comparison between CLI and PnP.PowerShell but the comparison with SPO PS was avoided for quite some time now and even if the SPO PS did not get that many new commands we still might recheck if any of the already existing ones are covered now by new commands added to the CLI.

@milanholemans I will wait for one week before raising PR, till then I will do my research offline. Let me know once we are ready to raise & merge PRs after new version release and/or documentation migration.
