PROVISIONING NOTE: If you are having issues with the provisioning service while trying to provision M365 learning pathways please do not post that issue to this repo as we cannot help you here. Please post all questions and issues for the provisioning service to https://github.com/SharePoint/sp-dev-docs/issues.

Describe the bug
I have Learning Pathways Webparts on 2 of my Office 365 Hub SharePoint Online sites. The icons next to the options are no longer there. The options are working and clickable but the icons aren't there. I have tried different browsers and machines. When I click on the settings gear in that Webpart it takes me to the Learning Pathways admin page where I get an error message at the top stating that the Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways has a configuration issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to O365 Hub and click on Edit
  2. Click on the settings icon in the Learning Pathways Web part
  3. Page tries to load
  4. See error - Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways has a configuration issue.

Expected behavior
I am supposed to see options for editing Learning Pathways. Icons are supposed to be visible in the options in the Web Parts on the SharePoint page

If you’re getting that message then there are errors in the browsers console that will tell you more about what’s happening. Once whatever issue is corrected there everything else will start to work correctly. If the error messages don’t make it obvious please post the I formation here and we’ll try and assist you more.

There are no other error messages in the browser. This happens in IE and Chrome. Is there anything else we can check? How can we check for any browser errors?

So when I reference the errors in the browsers console I mean the dev tools (you get there by pressing F12). There are then tabs an one of those is a “console” where errors will be displayed in Red. These error messages would tell you why the content isn’t loading. Based on images not loading I can hazard a guess that you have some sort of proxy in your environment that’s blocking data from being loaded from github but I’m basically just guessing there are a lot of other problems that you could be experiencing. If you have a friendly IT person they may be able to help you further provide information so we can help you work through the problem.

I just checked the console tab after hitting F12 and there are no errors listed. This was in IE11. In Chrome However, there are a number of errors. I am working with my team to help determine the possible cause.

You need to refresh the page after you open the console.
