Added a 10 second timeout on checking for updates. On slower connections or on connections where access to raw.githubcontent.com is being blocked, this will no longer cause a one minute freeze on connecting. To disable the entire version check, see https://pnp.github.io/powershell/articles/configuration.html#disable-or-enable-version-checks. Add -Verbose to your Connect-PnPOnline to see more information on the version check happening.
