Rich text should allow to insert a hyperlink with url === text (for example, url: https://microsoft.com, text: https://microsoft.com)

Observed Behavior

Currently user can't use the same value for text and url

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add hyperlink to the rich text control
  2. Enter the Address, for example https://microsoft.com
  3. Try to copy-paste the address to the Text to display - it's not copied
  4. Try to type the same address manually to the Text to display - you won't be able to type the last character (m in the example above)
