Add profile menu button

Currently it's very hard to reach your own profile page. From the starting screen in the app (the equivalent to github.com's main page) you can see your news feed and other feeds, and the top left button lets you change to the news feeds of your organizations, but in order to actually reach your own profile and see your own recent activity you need to first go to one of your own repos and then click the top left button, which has now turned into a back button nearly indistinguishable from the menu button which was there previously (I believe this inconsistent behavior is covered by #79). The dropdown menu should have a button to view the current profile.
