This is required to match the design in system76/launch#10. This should also fix the issue I mentioned on #2 where enabling the dark theme on Windows leaves the title bar light colored.

Unfortunately the Keyboard Configurator then simply crashes on Windows. I suppose client-side decoration in Gtk is just broken on Windows currently? Perhaps...

If this can't be fixed we'll have to stick with server-side decoration and adjust the design accordingly.

Correction: it crashes when the dll dependencies are vendored in the same directory, but not otherwise. Weird... but hopefully resolvable.

This is fixed by copying share/icons, lib/gdk-pixbuf-2.0, and lib/p11-kit (of all things) to out/. Though if possible, it would be nice to not include 45MB of icons we're mostly not using...
