This PR introduces massive changes to the structure of the frontend codebase.

Major changes:

  • All Docker related code is now located in /app/docker
  • All Portainer related code is now located in app/portainer
  • Better consistency across Docker, Portainer and Extensions modules
  • Overhaul of application states (ui-router)
