I'm think using 'capitalize first letter' is not a bad way to go! |

More specifically, I like the way it's done in the quartodoc pages, where the main headings are in title case and the subheadings start with a capital letter. |

This PR adds a new page to Get Started called "Styling the table body", which covers the basics of styling with
loc.body().Note that I tried to structure Get Started a bit more, by splitting it into Table Structure, Format and Style, and Extra Topics for now:
