Feature request - "File Watcher" in Text Editor

Basically, the idea is, you can set the Text Editor to "watch" a file, and every time the contents of the file changes (i.e. on a timer or whatever), the Text Editor's contents are replaced with the contents of the file. Just to make it easier to write stuff in an external file without having to manually open it every time.
